Shipping & Returns

We would like to make your online shopping experience with us as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. If you have any questions in regards to ordering or a purchase you have made, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to assist you with your enquiries 


We take pride in producing high-quality products while also being mindful of the environment. Therefore, we make most of our products after you place your order. Although this may mean a slightly longer delivery time, it helps us reduce overproduction and minimize waste. Thank you for supporting our commitment to sustainability!

1. Shipping times

Our shipping times depend on the order's destination. Please allow between 12-20 business days after fulfilment during our busy sale periods.

Confidance Wear ships from different warehouses in different country. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels. We aim to deliver orders within ten working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in 20 working days, please contact us through

All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make order delivery as simple as possible.

Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location. 

1a. Australian customers

  • delivery times will vary depending on the delivery address 
  • once you place your order, we send it to our talented sewers and they will begin making your garment right away. Please allow 3-5 business days for your custom order to be made. It will take another 10-15 business days for your order to arrive at your house.
  • during our busy sale periods please allow up to 20 business days
  • we must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary and at least one contact telephone number

1b. International customers

The prices within our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Confidance Wear holds no responsibility for any customs/duties charges you may incur.
  • depending on your location, prices may be showing in Australian or American Dollars - please double check prior to finalising your order
  • international orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered depending on your country's customs process
  • all international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered
  • any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer
  • to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

2. Cancellations

Due to the order process we cannot accept changes/cancellations as most orders are processed within 24 hours. Please select your items carefully.



1. We absolutely do accept Returns! 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured we have a 20-day money back guarantee from the date you received your order.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will offer you an exchange, refund or a store credit for future purchases. All returns must be made within 20 days of receiving your goods.

We will gladly offer our full refund equal to the price paid for the product if you change your mind or an alternative size isn’t available within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot refund or credit any shipping costs and the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If you received free shipping on your original order and choose to return your order, the shipping cost already paid by Confidance Wear will be deducted from the total return value.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive your Return and process your refund. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

2. All Returns must: 

• be emailed to with request for return/refund form to be emailed, including your name, contact details, order number, description and photos of the faulty or damaged product, if applicable
• be in its original condition and have not been washed or used

Please Note:

  • Refunds are processed on the item total only. We do not refund any shipping costs, other than for faulty items, and your item cost is the actual price you paid, taking any discounts used into consideration. If you received free shipping on your original order and choose to return your order, the shipping cost already paid by Confidance Wear will be deducted from the total return value.
  • Confidance Wear is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
  • Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned for change of mind. 
  • If your address was wrong, then you are held responsible. You would have to place a new order.
  • If tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

4. Exchange – of course you can

We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour however the difference in pricing (if applicable) will need to be direct debited into our account together all shipping costs and the item returned to the above address. Please notify us by email when you send your item back. 

5. Wrong item

Whoopsie! Sometimes we can accidentally put the wrong items into your parcel. It doesn’t happen often but it does happen. We’re sorry! Please contact us at to discuss the returns process before returning to us. We will happily cover all shipping costs if we made a whoopsie and make sure the correct stock is sent out to you.

6. Faulty item

We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you but if, however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at with photos and a description of the faults before returning to us for a refund or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty by Confidance Wear. 

Any claims for faulty items must be submitted within 20 days after the product is received.
